CONOR O’LEARy
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
-
Conor O'Leary is Founder and Principal of O'Leary Group, bringing over two decades of experience across general contracting, client representation, and high-growth company leadership.
After immigrating to the U.S. from Ireland, Conor built his career alongside ambitious founders and strategic risk-takers, developing deep expertise in the construction industry from the ground up. He went on to play a significant role in scaling Reidy Contracting Group's annual revenue, and served as VP of Construction at Tend, where he expanded their medical practices to more than 25 locations.
In 2023, Conor committed fully to O'Leary Group, a business he had been building since 2018. At OLG, he brings a rare perspective - someone who has operated at the highest levels of both contracting and client leadership, and understands what it takes to deliver on both sides of the table. His focus is building a team that sets a new standard for how construction is done, and making sure every client experiences that difference from the first conversation.
MADILYN O’LEARy
Co-Founder & HEAD OF OPERATIONS
-
Madilyn O'Leary is Co-Founder and Head of Operations, where she leads the strategic and operational infrastructure that powers the business, spanning finance, legal, HR, technology, branding, and resource planning.
Before founding OLG, Madilyn built her career across some of the world's most recognised companies, including Kraft Foods, Time Inc., and Verizon. She went on to serve as Controller at a global brand communications agency in New York City, where she led finance and accounting through the company's full growth cycle, from early-stage startup to acquisition as a $50M business.
That experience of scaling a company from the inside, under real pressure, is exactly what she brings to OLG. In construction, where projects are complex, timelines are unforgiving, and the margin for operational error is thin, Madilyn's focus is building the systems, structures, and financial clarity that allow the team to operate with confidence and the business to grow with intention.
