CONOR O’LEARy

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

  • Conor O’Leary, Founder & Principal, brings over two decades of experience across general contracting, client representation, and startup leadership. After immigrating to the U.S. from Ireland, Conor partnered with ambitious startups, learning the construction industry alongside driven founders and strategic risk-takers.

    In the years that followed, he continued working with high-growth companies — joining the team that significantly increased Reidy Contracting Group’s annual revenue and expanding Tend’s medical practices to more than 25 locations as VP of Construction. In 2023, Conor fully committed to O’Leary Group after managing freelance projects part-time since 2018.

    Today, Conor oversees every build, serving as a trusted advocate and solutions-focused advisor at every stage

MADILYN O’LEARy

FINANCE & OPERATIONS

  • Madilyn O’Leary, Co-Founder, serves as Head of Finance and Operations at O’Leary Group. She brings a diverse background spanning accounting, finance, data analytics, financial modeling, project management, and systems implementation.

    Before founding OLG, Madilyn worked across multiple industries at companies including Kraft Foods, Time Inc., and Verizon. She also served as Controller at a global brand communications agency in NYC, where she led finance and accounting teams through a full growth cycle, from early-stage startup through acquisition as a $50M company.

    At OLG, Madilyn applies her company-scaling experience to streamline operations, maximize efficiency, and empower the team to focus on delivering value for clients.

NIALL MEEHAn

PROJECT LEAD

  • Niall Meehan, Project Lead at O’Leary Group, brings nearly a decade of experience in New York City’s construction scene. He has managed projects across residential, commercial, retail, and medical sectors, and is known for breaking down complex challenges and helping clients make clear, informed decisions.

    Originally from Ireland, Niall holds a degree in Engineering and Technological Education from the University of Limerick. A highlight of his career includes spending five years as a Project Manager on multiple NYU contracts, where he built strong working relationships while managing technically demanding projects.

SAMARA PETIGROW

PROJECT LEAD

  • After almost a decade in the design and construction industry, Samara Petigrow, Project Lead at O’Leary Group, understands the level of care and ambition needed to scale a brand. With a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Cornell University, Samara has worked on in-house development teams for rapidly growing brands including SoulCycle, Tend, and Van Leeuwen. She is passionate about the intersection of function and aesthetic, translating a brand’s goals into well-constructed, user-centric spaces.

CARLEY MILLER

PROJECT LEAD

  • Carley Miller, Project Lead at O’Leary Group, brings over a decade of experience in construction management across commercial, retail, veterinary, and residential projects. Having worked both in-house and on external project teams, she has a strong understanding of owner priorities and what it takes to deliver a successful outcome.

    Carley is known for her steady presence on projects, clear communication, and ability to navigate the day-to-day realities of construction with confidence and care. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and enjoys the constant learning that comes with the work, and that no two projects are ever the same.
