O’Leary Group has partnered with Convene Hospitality Group on multiple high-profile projects across Manhattan. While each location is distinct, the work consistently includes memorable details, from the grand staircase at 101 Park to the theatrically lit 200+ capacity conference hall at their West 46th street location.
Another such project is 360 Madison Avenue, a multi-phase, multi floor build. The scope included a one-floor new build and a two-floor renovation spanning 68,000 square feet over three levels. Across all Convene Hospitality projects, O’Leary Group has managed the full bidding process, contractor negotiations, and schedule and budget management, supporting thoughtful, phased construction while maintaining Convene’s high end hospitality driven standards.
