Nira Medical

Building the future of neurological care. 

Nira Medical is expanding access to patient-centered neurological care, with a focus on multiple sclerosis, neuro-immunology, and complex neurological conditions. The Lehi, Utah location marked Nira’s first de novo build, developed in partnership with Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Care Center, to bring specialized care to an underserved region.

The 5,000-square-foot facility was designed around both clinical excellence and patient experience — featuring eight exam rooms, twelve infusion suites with scenic mountain views, a dedicated research center, and community space for education and wellness. O'Leary Group led the full RFP and bidding process, onboarded the project team, and developed scalable design standards to support Nira's growth beyond this first location.
