Otherworldly sauna and ice bath experiences.
Othership is a guided wellness experience combining saunas, cold plunges, breath work, music, and community-driven programming. The Williamsburg location marked their second New York City site and fourth overall.
Othership's goal was to match the elevated experience of their Flatiron location — without repeating the cost. O'Leary Group drove a 35% cost reduction through value engineering and competitive bidding, while managing consultant onboarding, trade coordination, and progress tracking end-to-end. The project opened on schedule and left Othership with a more efficient, repeatable playbook for every location that follows.
