Sukoshi Mart is a design-forward beauty retailer offering a curated mix of K-beauty, J-beauty, and lifestyle products. As the brand expanded from Canada into the United States, O'Leary Group supported thoughtful, well-paced growth across 17 locations in 13 states.

OLG partnered closely with Sukoshi's leadership to develop scalable construction processes to support their expansion. Managing multiple locations simultaneously, our team assembled and coordinated design teams, expeditors, and general contractors across each market. We strategically navigated local permitting environments and proactively identified site-specific risks, from existing conditions to landlord constraints and code requirements, keeping projects moving efficiently at scale. This approach has allowed Sukoshi to grow across the United States while staying true to the in-store experience their customers love.
