Tandem Veterinary is an independently owned practice delivering primary, urgent, and surgical care to the greater Boston area. Their model blends a state-of-the-art clinic with mobile and virtual services, meeting pets and their owners wherever they are.
The challenge was building a highly functional medical space that could support Tandem's full range of services without losing the warmth their model is built on. O'Leary Group led design coordination, value engineering, and competitive bidding, managing multiple vendors and guiding the project through construction and closeout.
